Merry Redlights and Happy Traffic Times!

It's Christmas time. Like you didn't know! I love the traffic around Mobile. I'm going to try to get a picture of it, I'm just to scared to take my hands off of the wheel while I'm driving. It'll have to be when I'm stopped which is pretty much the whole time, so I should be able to get a shit-load of them. The urban planners, city engineers really have their heads up their ass. I've only ever seen traffic like this before near large cities, places like D.C. and New York. Their is one major difference, those cities host like 2 to 3 million people. Mobile population= 300,000. Whats wrong this. It's not just rush hour, It's not just because it's christmas time, it doesn't help, but it's all the time. It takes me over thirty minutes to go about 2 miles down the road. By the time I'm at my destination, I'm all white knuckles and I've lost a little hair. I actually once thought traffic in Tallahassee was bad, until I moved here. Oh, how I long for that beautiful stretch of road with just 10 cars on it! Oh and how the hell do some of these people afford gas. Shit, gas casts more then some of the cars they're in. That's kinda like a guy I know, 250,000 thousand dollar car parked in a 150,000 house. And they're the worst drivers out there... I guess they don't have to worry about their car. Well, I've waited long enough and procrastinated, now I'm going to the mall tonight, probably the worst night to go and buy a few more items on the list. Wish me luck...I'm going to need it.
